Jared grew up in Tallmadge, Ohio and has spent more than 12 years working in landscaping and property maintenance throughout Tallmadge and the surrounding communities. His hands-on experience, knowledge of Northeast Ohio landscapes, and passion for quality workmanship help ensure every project is completed with attention to detail and pride.

Hailey grew up in Massillon, Ohio and brings an extensive business, operations, and customer service background to Grassroots Exterior Excellence. With years of experience managing teams, overseeing business operations, building customer relationships, and driving company growth, she is committed to creating an exceptional customer experience built on communication, reliability, and professionalism.

Together, we created Grassroots Exterior Excellence with a simple goal: provide the kind of service we would want for our own homes and businesses. We believe customers deserve clear communication, dependable scheduling, quality workmanship, and a team that genuinely cares about the results.
